Segundo Virgilio Centurion, oftalmologista e diretor do IMO (Instituto de Moléstias Oculares), essa cirurgia pode acarretar problemas sérios e irreversíveis. "Os riscos de glaucoma, inflamações no olho e descompensação da córnea são enormes, além da cegueira que também não pode ser descartada", afirma.
Mas se essa cirurgia é mesmo tão comprometedora, por que é realizada? Virgilio explica que no Panamá as leis são mais permissivas que no restante do mundo. "Lá, por exemplo, não é exigido que se façam pesquisas experimentais, nem mesmo testes em humanos antes que um procedimento médico seja oferecido à população", explica. Dessa forma, o médico não tem encontrado dificuldades de desenvolver seu procedimento no país.
Virgilio ainda explica que esta cirurgia não pode ser associada a outros procedimentos oftalmológicos, como a cirurgia de catarata, em que uma lente é implantada no olho e substitui o cristalino. "Este é um procedimento seguro. Para ser realizado, foram feitos testes por oftalmologistas em todo o mundo", explica.

С полгода назад купил себе комп с Windows 98. Все работало нормально, но в последнее время он стал долго загружаться. Мне сказали что на диске много мусора и надо его почистить. И вот после этого мой комп вообще перестал загружаться. Ну я подумал что может мне и процессор почистить (может у него вывода окислились). Стал его вытаскивать, а он не вылазит из панельки (ну точно, что то с выводами), поддел его отверткой а он лопнул на две части. Пришлось его склеить моментом (склеил добросовестно, почти не заметно). Снова включаю, картина та же, не работает. Может кто подскажет что можно еще сделать что бы он заработал? Может память или видяху проверить?
